Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

Gift wrapping and packaging
I will be happy to make gift baskets and/or enclose a gift card for you if this is a order for a friend or someone other than yourself. If you would like a gift basket and not a shipping box please message me and we can do a custom order for you with all the details. You pick the products and I will put it into a basket, shrink wrap, put a bow on it and a card and ship it. Extra cost for basket and shrink wrap is $10.00 at this time.
